January Additions
12:27 PM
I decided to have a really quiet January. No blogging. Minimum Instagram. I already closed up my Facebook. It was a good month. I painted my foyer, hung up some artwork, traveled to Grand Rapids for a day of fun, saw lots of friends, had a roller skating party, cooked a couple dinners for friends and family, worked on home design for a few people, etc.
No Monday Mix today - instead I decided I'd do one post full of material things that I added to my life in January.
Lets get started!
Today Is A Good Day art - simple typography. I hung it near my front door above a very old floral in a chippy frame. I love the mix of new with the very old and frayed. Now I'm on the lookout for a very narrow console for underneath it all.
I purchased this wood and brass set of hooks. I can use them in lots of places. Not hung up yet.
This big floppy basket is so good!!! I'm planning on printing out a whole bunch of snapshots to toss inside.
I picked up this navy striped ottoman for my foyer too!
This artificial fern adds much needed green to my space. It's in my office right now.
I bought this book.
Thought this floral was pretty. Trying to decide what other artwork I have that I want to pair it with.
This Murad serum has helped my skin be so good this Winter.
I love these disposable clean towels. My Mom gave me them awhile ago - but I've been using them a lot lately. So clean to use on your face. No bacteria accumulation that even your "clean" washcloths really have. They are soft and my skin feels super clean. When I'm finished I give my counter and sink a good cleaning with it before I throw it out.
This cowl neck top is so comfy. Comes in over 20 colors. I got the gray in a small. Great over leggings.
I've been into organizing what I already have. I got a lot of these trays to organize my oils. Loving it!!!
And lastly I stocked up on my favorite tanks and threw out a bunch of mine that had seen better days. I used to really like the Old Navy tanks, but for a year or so these have been my go to. I wear a tank basically every day so a comfy one is a plus. Plain Tank. Button Front Tank (peachy blush in real life).
