Flour Free Pancakes - 2 Ways

If you follow my stories on Insta you know I'm eating super clean for 30 days!  I'm halfway through day 12, and it's going really well.

I thought I'd share a couple ways to make pancakes that are flour free.  Cook them up using coconut oil and let them brown so they are a little crispy then top with a touch of pure maple syrup.  So delicious.

Pancake #1
1 mashed banana
1 egg
1 heaping spoon almond butter
Combine these 3 ingredients together and get cooking!  Not sure it can get any easier that this. 

Pancake #2
2 egg whites
1 tablespoon almond butter
1/2 mashed banana
1 t. cinnamon
2 tablespoons water
4 tablespoons almond flour
Combine and cook in the coconut oil.  Same as above.

Two really easy ways to enjoy a pancake that is quick to put together, and free from chemicals of the boxed mixes & of flour if you'd like to avoid a bit of gluten.
