I'm surprised I could still remember how to post.  Here I am ;)

There are a lot of things I want to start and learn this year.

I'll tell you one thing I did last year which I'm happy about.  I didn't have complete success but I feel that I had good results.  The goal was to purchase zero clothing from Amazon.  How did I do?  I bought a 3 pack of slouchy white socks socks that I love - a matching red gingham tank and shorts outfit - and the red sweater that you see in this post.  All 3 things I love and wear often.  I made that decision because I wanted to be more intentional about purchases.  It is something that I will carry on doing this year.  There has been a pair of pajamas I've had my eye on for the last 4 months - I will probably buy those sometime soon.

As for this years goal - I'm continuing to simplify life and what I own.  Ive been cleaning out cupboards and closets and the garage and selling things.  It has made a really big difference in how I feel already.  Goal is to list one thing a day to sell.  I can list a bunch in one day or one at a time - just one thing for each day of the month.  I don't know that I even have 365 things to get rid of but I will continue until I can't find anything else.  I started in December.  As for the rest of my goals - I really make better progress when I keep them to myself :)

Todays mix includes things I've purchased recently plus the red Amazon sweater.  I've never journaled and decided it looks beneficial and creative so I picked up a journal - colorful pens - and some journaling stickers.  It's fun how you can add scraps of this and that and you book becomes a huge piece of thoughts, memories and art all in one.

I bought some new clean lip balm I'm enjoying and tasty electrolytes.  A new devotional and design book to enjoy along with the cutest little green book light.  I'm always needing more light and I'm not sure why I didn't buy one of these much sooner.

With February being the celebration of Valentines with cute heart items everywhere I picked up this denim shirt with little embroidered hearts on it and the gingham phone case.  I can wear the top on its own - with the red sweater - or I have a pretty red coral skirt I was thinking it might be fun with.
