Start with a table set all pretty and some delicious comfort food. Grab a game - a blanket - make a warm drink - light a candle. Spend time with the people you love.
When we were kids my brother and sister and I would spend a lot of time playing backgammon. Usually until someone got mad and threw the board (disclaimer: it wasn't me). Anyway - the bottom board is on here just for the pretty. The price tag is over the top!!!
I'm going to keep it short and as simple as that today. And this Wednesday I will really do my first Wellness on Wednesday. Last week got away from me.
Have a great day!
