Just As Nice As Pottery Barn Candles - And in Glass - Plus Make A Super Easy Succulent Arrangement

This is a really simple project I've been wanting to throw together for awhile now.  I finally got my act together!  Links for the candles and succulents are in this post.

I have a really old round rusty tin in my kitchen.  I always thought succulents and candles would look great in it, but now it's full of so many other cute things that I needed to find a new container to use.

I wanted the candles to be contained in glass.  Like a pretty hand poured candle.  I love what I found.  Just like the Pottery Barn candles, but at a fraction of the price.  The set of 3 is $19.99.  I also didn't want the upkeep of real plants so I searched for some realistic succulents.  Again the quality was really, really good!  I ended up making two different arrangements, and I have succulents to spare.

4-5-6 Inch Tall Candle Set (this is what I used)

All the candles above come with a remote - and you can set timers.

Pack Of 35 Succulents (this is what I ordered)

Love!

Arrangement #2 I made in something called a grow bag that I picked up at JoAnn's.  It looks like a craft paper bag with a nice white stripe.  The inside is lined so you can plant real plants if you like.

These are all the succulents I still have left.  Even the end bits are pretty!

They add a nice touch of green to the house.  I have two end tables on this side of the sofa.  It's a deep Pottery Barn sofa - so comfy - and I love the acrylic piece - it might even be a stool, but it works!!!
