Porch Detail Links & A Little More Merry

Christmas. My favorite time of the year!!!
As you saw there is not much room on my "porch" I decided to go really simple, and add just a couple of things.
For my tree I added my favorite lights and a few gingerbread cookie vehicle ornaments. My friend Bonnie gave me a gingerbread cookie snowflake ornament years ago that I just love. This is the first year since then that I have stumbled upon something similar so I grabbed them immediately. Find them here.
JoAnn's has so many good signs, but this is the one that really stood out to me this year. I liked the worn look and shade of the wood mixed with the white. It is part of their White Pine Collection.
Lights!!! I buy battery lights with the timer. That way every night they turn on and off at the same time. Make life easy. This is my go to shape - they are called mini strawberry 3C's. I also bought some mini star lights at the grocery store that I still need to add. Can't find any battery operated with timer on
Amazon. Hmmm.
I also grabbed this black sign this year. LOVE!
I found this farmhouse basket set on Amazon. I think it would be a nice basket to use under the mini tree. It's not as high as the buckets, but it would still work nicely. and if it gets destroyed by the elements it's ok because it's not that large of an investment.
The mini real trees. I buy mine at the local grocery store, and it looks like Lowe's sells them as well. $19.99
A pretty copper lantern. If you live in a more mild climate. Not sure if they would survive snow!
Obsessed with these little ceramic trees. They have the look of Farmhouse Pottery trees without the price tag. They look really nice in mass. I bought about 8 of them in different sizes.
This star set of ornaments would also look really nice on the little fresh trees. I'm probably flanking my garage with two more trees. If I do I will be adding these ornaments, and probably a plaid bow on top. I purchased the bushel baskets for that area so I just need to go shopping!!!
This light up moose art is happy and such a conversation piece. I got it last year - and also gave one to Noah! Everyone at Christmas wanted it!!!
My front door paint color. It's a temporary fix, but I like it's cheerfulness!!!
Bushel basket option - the price is right for using in the snow plus it's a great look!
Lastly a few holiday rug options that caught my eye. I think this branch and berry rug would look really nice layered over either of these other options - and they all would be great on their own as well. Plaid Coir Doormat. Black Jute Doormat.
That's all the details for my little area. Hopefully some of these ideas will inspire you no matter where you live and what kind of space you are working with.
