So many good things in this post.

The clothing is so me!  Dresses and cozy!  A lotion I love and a razor that leaves your legs so soft!!!  Two new books I think you should preorder.  I have those little flower lights in my own backyard. Love them!  Sling chairs shopping that might just put down the internet rabbit hole - there are just so many fabrics to choose from!  So, now i'll say a little about each and add the links.

I was looking at dresses for  another post I'm putting together, and I stumbled upon this floral dress.  I don't have as many go to dresses for Fall/Winter and I think this one would be perfect for the colder weather and even now on a chilly night.

I've been looking at everyday dishes and the grey glazed plates here are so pretty.  Another choice are these simple white plates which have been on my radar for a long time.  I love the way this table is styled in this photo.

I think this lounge chair and footstool looks so stylish and comfy.  It's designed for indoor use.

I've been obsessed with outdoor seating as of late - love the chair and table situation in this photo.  Here is a link to the black chairs and the end chairs.  Seat cushions for the black chairs can be found here. 

Outdoor counter stool love!  And they fold for storage!  They make this same design in a dining chair and a barstool too.

The Nester - Myquillyn - I love her approach to decorating.  Really, if you don't have any of her books buy them all.  Reading them will make you feel so confident about making choices for your home and what is right for you.  I give her books as gifts often!  Her new book is all about decorating for the seasons and hosting.  And she is very all about using what you have and finding things in nature.  Book 1, Book 2, Book 3 (Preorder)

Shea and Sid McGee - Really making life beautiful.  You may not have heard of them until they had a line at Target, but their blog is one of my longtime favorites.  They have a beautiful style - classic yet relaxed - Shea and I share the same birthday so that's pretty cool.  She brings that Cancer touch to everything she touches.  You can know that their make life beautiful book will be a good one!

I sometimes find myself not using this lotion unless I'm doing something special.  I think it's because I have the vanilla orange scent which is not out often - but this vanilla apricot scent is very close.  It's a creamy and rich lotion.   Leaves your skin so moisturized and looking and smelling the best! 

I really never thought about a razor as being exciting - until I got this one.  There is no effort shaving and my legs are left so darn smooth.  It's amazing.  And it's pretty.  I have the mint/gold combo.  Find it at Amazon and Target.

Cozy top - Cream color.  Check.  Check.  Pretty much my favorite.

Solar Fiber Optic flowers.  Umm... adorable.  Def a conversation starter.  You can't go wrong adding these to your landscape or even one of your pots.  They have been in my backyard all Summer - out in the elements - and look brand new!  I'm going to add a couple more.  They are sold in sets of 2 or 4.

Lighting.  Just a few pretty options.  This beaded chandelier is beautiful in all 3 colors they offer.  It's been a favorite of mine for years!  The designer is a Michigan girl - so that's very cool too!  Here is the weathered white and the weathered blue.

The top flush mount is one Shea Mcgee used in her daughters room.  It is an investment, and it is stunning.  I think it's worth saving up for pretty lighting because a good fixture can change the entire look and feel of your room.

The next light is a less expensive option that mimics the look of a much more expensive line.  I think the frosted beads are a really nice choice.

Oh - and the campy sling chairs.  I was thinking of getting a few to mix and match in the backyard by the fire.  To say there are a lot you can choose from is an understatement.  After looking for a bit I think these 4 together are pretty fun.  If you take out the tartan or the lemon and only use 3 you get a totally different feel.  I'll link each one:  lemon - pink cosmos - adobo rain - tartan

Hope everyone enjoys a good week.  Weather here looks pretty good.  I have plans to see friends, family, and visit with little Milo.  And I've gotta start taking some more steps towards getting work done on my house.  The lake has distracted me ;)

I picked up this cute little chick at Michael's.

Basic white plates were used with a mix of vintage and pink salad plates.  Peachy pink napkins - unironed - were set on top of the salad plates along with gold flatware.  Very casual.

I bought the paper runner at Container Store after Christmas for a song.

Pink cut crystal glasses are from West Elm.  The green glasses are from Target.

I have been so quiet on this blog.  I'm not sure what my problem is.  Today I thought I would share some things that I have been enjoying a lot lately.

This pink dress is so adorable I can't even!  The back is so cute too.  It ties at the sides so you can wear it loose and flowy or more fitted.  I put it on and just sighed and smiled. I liked it instantly.  So comfortable.  Love it!

McDonald's Unsweetened Iced Tea - I feel like I'm having a treat - it tastes so good.  I find it sweet and at $1 for a large its a dollar well spent.  Also helps me hydrate.

I have found my new favorite tank tops.  I used to like the Old Navy tanks, but they discontinued the old style, and the new ones they came out with roll up.  That's the worst.  I found this tank and have been testing them out for the last month.  They are softer than what I was wearing, they wash and dry with no problems, and they stay put.  At around $6 each they are really helping me to enjoy wearing my tanks again.

Fun Employed - this game is so much fun!  We played it at Easter, and laughed so hard.  Each person at the table takes a turn at being the employer.  The other people are applicants for a job.  There are job cards and qualification cards.  The employer turns over a job card which each player is then applying for that job.  Each applicant gets 4 qualification cards to build their hand with.  Then there are 10 cards in the center.  We set our timer for 1 minute - in that time applicants can discard and pick up cards that they want to use to apply for the job.  At the end of the minute you start to play the game with the four cards in your hand.  You have to use the qualifications you have to describe how you would be a good fit - and some of the traits are just too funny!  Like I have a limp handshake is one of them.  Anyway, it was so much fun.  I would highly recommend it.

For our Easter table this year I added this set of salt and pepper shakers, and gold silverware.  All so-ooo good! (for the silverware go to Target's website & type in Graham Silverware.  It should load)

I don't have a lot of perfume (like this is bottle #3), but when I sprayed this Tuscan Blood Orange Perfume on at the store I knew it was one I would use.  It has a nice light orange scent.

Speaking of fruit - this Watermelon Juice is like drinking a watermelon - as it should be :)  Delicious!

Maybe I'm weird, but I like to snack on seaweed.  I often have it alongside my breakfast.  This teriyaki flavored organic roasted seaweed has less sodium than the original or the sea salt, and I'm now addicted to the flavor.   I had some this morning with my vanilla Noosa yogurt that I mix with a spoonful of Trader Joe's Raw Almond Butter or their Mixed Nut Butter. 

For the longest time I could never find low socks that would stay on my feet.  Problem finally solved with these socks - and how cute is the cat pair?  I am loving these - they are soft and stay on inside every pair of shoes or boots I have worn them with.  I'm happy about this find!

I just read this book - Everything - It's a teen book.   I liked the characters.  I could see them making a movie out of it.  I did have it figured out in the first few pages, but enjoyed it still. 

Lastly, my new Blush Tennis Shoes.  I'm wearing them as I type along with a pair of those socks.  I had Tretorn's years ago - these are just so lightweight and airy.  If you don't like pink there are a few other colors to choose from.  I just know I'm going to wear them so much this Summer.
